Job Duties:
Manage all aspects of small to medium Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality
Responsible for the execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction
Provide for the successful staffing of projects and lead teams of multi-disciplined professionals
Coordinate and integrate the activities associated with the engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements of the project team, including the activities of third parties.
Works with multiple clients in the Atlanta metro area.
The team provides innovative solutions and integrated planning, design and construction support for mission-critical facilities (e.g., government), as well as threat reduction and environmental services support worldwide. Key Responsibilities
Manages multiple small to medium sized, client-facing Services projects and/or small EPC projects.
Obtains new/repeat business on medium size projects; supports contract negotiations.
Manages risk which may include fixed price engineering, new technology or new clients.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with about 7 years of experience.
Some EPC or related project experience.
US Citizens or Green Card Holders.
