SUMMARY

Seeking a Packaging Automation Specialist in the Dallas and surrounding area to assist sales reps in designing, sourcing, quoting, and selling state-of-the-art packaging machinery.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit clients with packaging sales reps to help identify, advance,
and close integration and equipment opportunities.
- Understand client needs to achieve the right equipment solutions at
the best price.
- Train to help level up sales rep’s skills in equipment, automation,
and integration.
- Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions of sales
agreements with vendors and prospective customers.
- Assist sales team when needed in presenting proposals, quotes, and
contracts to potential clients.
- Meet with customers as needed to showcase equipment capabilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering team members to ensure customer
satisfaction and smooth operational processes.
- Execute strategic plans to help reps achieve sales targets and
expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales team and their
clients.
- Achieve sales goals and objectives within established time frames.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline,
and forecasts.
- Create CAD drawings of the proposed Equipment integration project to
ensure fit and function align with customer’s expectations.

Qualifications  / REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or
related field (preferred), or sufficient relative experience
- Proficiency in CAD and CRM software and MS Office Suite.
-Track record of B2B equipment project experience and/or sales within the packaging
industry.
- Broad understanding of packaging processes and equipment.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and
objectives.
- Strong mechanical and sales aptitude.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
