Senior Human Resources Generalist

Our client, one of the largest independent CPG companies with a legacy spanning over 150+ years, is looking for a Senior HR Generalist.

The HR Generalist will report to the Director of HR in support of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, retention, training and development.

Position location: On-site (Metro Cincinnati) 

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience with processing payroll, Paycor HRIS is highly preferred
  • Experience with complex employee relations
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field preferred
